This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Terrain, a product of Techsoftnexa LTD, Ghana. By subscribing to Terrain, you agree to this policy.

๐ŸŒฟ Terrain offers a 90-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.


Free Trial

All new Terrain accounts receive a 90-day free trial with full access to the platform. No payment is required during the trial period. You are not charged until you actively choose to subscribe after the trial ends.

Subscription Refunds

Because Terrain provides immediate access to a fully functional software platform upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. This is standard practice for SaaS products.

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will not be charged again, and you retain full access until the period ends.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of the charge at:

Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days through our payment provider, Paddle.

Founding Lodge Rate

Lodges who subscribe under the founding rate ($299โ€“$999/month locked for 12 months) are subject to the same refund policy. The locked rate applies to the subscription period โ€” it does not affect refund eligibility.
